My path has shaped how I coach.
From serving in the Peace Corps, to teaching mindfulness for over a decade, to living with chronic pain, I’ve learned firsthand that real growth comes from awareness, presence, and self-compassion.
I bring that experience, along with my training and experience as a certified life and health coach, to help you create lasting change from the inside out.
